The Underwater-themed webpage template has an underwater background with small bubbles continuously rising above and a single big bubble following the cursor everywhere. The interface is very interesting and fun to watch. The template is easy to customize and use for various purposes, such as a personal website or a landing page for a business that specializes in marine-related activities. This project is also helpful to learn about the mouse follower library.
