Image Filters in Python

In this project, I've used python and ML framework Tensorflow. We will be applying filters on the pictures of your choice.
Software Requirements:
1.Python (3.0 or above)
2.Tensorflow
3.Tensorflow_hub
4.Numpy
How to use:
Download, install or upgrade python.
Open requirements.txt file and install all requirements.
Open python script and edit the path of your image you want to edit and run the script.

How to apply more filters:
Some filter images are provided with the project. Many abstract drawings/images can also be used as filter on the pictures.
